Kara Juku is a Vancouver-based drag artist and the self-proclaimed Asian Barbie, known for serving face, body, and high-energy performances while proudly incorporating her Asian heritage into her art.

Kara is a cast member on Canada’s Drag Race Season 7, bringing her signature blend of hypnotic, ethereal visuals, sharp dance moves, and undeniable stage presence to an even bigger audience. She performed alongside bbno$ at the Juno Awards in 2025.

A multi-title holder, Kara made an immediate impact on the Vancouver drag scene, becoming the first Asian drag artist to win both Vancouver’s Next Drag Superstar (2020) and Vancouver East Side Phenomenon (2019). She has since become a prominent figure in the Kiki Ballroom scene, earning multiple titles, including Drags Runway of the Year (2025, 2026) and Drags Realness (2025).
