By accessing or using our website, purchasing our merchandise, or interacting with our services, you (the "User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this website or purchasing our products.
1. Eligibility & Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Merchandise (All Sales Final)
Our merchandise catalog—including but not limited to t-shirts, hoodies, posters, custom polaroids, and other memorabilia—is custom-made and printed to order specifically for you.
All Sales Are Final: We do not carry traditional retail inventory. Consequently, we cannot accept returns, modifications, cancellations, or exchanges if you change your mind, select an incorrect size, or choose the wrong colour variant. Please double-check your order details carefully at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items: If an item arrives physically damaged, defective, or misprinted, you must contact us at hello.karajuku@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Verified manufacturing errors will be eligible for a free replacement.
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages that fail to deliver due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the buyer at checkout.
3. Live Shows & Tour Dates
Any tour dates, appearance schedules, ticket links, and venue information posted on this website are subject to change, postponement, or cancellation without notice.
We provide these listings as an informational service only.
If you purchase tickets through a third-party ticketing vendor linked from our site, your purchase is governed strictly by that third party's terms and refund policies. We are not liable for ticket refunds or travel expenses incurred due to event changes or cancellations.
4. Third-Party Links (Tipping, Cameo, & Socials)
Our website contains links to external, third-party platforms which may include virtual tipping services (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee) and custom video booking services (e.g., Cameo).
Tips/Gratuities: Any voluntary tips or donations made through these external links are non-refundable expressions of support.
External Services: We do not control, monitor, or maintain these third-party platforms. Any transaction you initiate on Cameo or a tipping app is entirely between you and that platform. We are not responsible or liable for any technical issues, billing disputes, or content delivery failures occurring on third-party sites.
5. Intellectual Property & Original Content
All content included on this website—including but not limited to digital graphics, apparel designs, performance photography, polaroid styles, logos, text, and video clips—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kara Juku or its content creators. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website imagery without express written permission from us.
6. Pricing & Modifications to Service
Prices for our products are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product line, merchandise variant, or section of the website without liability to you or any third party.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Kara Juku, our directors, officers, employees, or fulfillment partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of this website or any products procured through the storefront.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services or merchandise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
